These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, mobile application, booking platform, API, white-label solution, agent portal, dashboard, booking engine, and any related products, services, interfaces, or technologies (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform facilitates access to travel-related products and services supplied by independent third-party vendors, suppliers, operators, distributors, wholesalers, and partners.

The Platform may provide services to individual travelers as well as business customers, including travel agencies, resellers, corporate clients, affiliates, sub-agents, wholesalers, and other B2B partners.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a Booking, using a B2B Service, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. ROLE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform operates as an online travel marketplace, booking, technology, and distribution platform.

Travel Services made available through the Platform are generally supplied, operated, or fulfilled by independent Travel Providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not own, operate, manage, control, or directly provide the underlying:

  • hotels;

  • accommodation properties;

  • aircraft;

  • airlines;

  • rental vehicles;

  • tours;

  • attractions;

  • transportation services; or

  • other Travel Services.

Depending on the transaction, the Platform may act as:

  • an intermediary;

  • booking facilitator;

  • distributor;

  • reseller;

  • marketplace operator;

  • technology provider;

  • payment collection agent;

  • authorized sales channel; or

  • service facilitator.

The precise role of the Platform may vary according to the Travel Service, supplier arrangement, Booking type, jurisdiction, and B2B relationship.

The Travel Provider remains responsible for the actual provision and fulfillment of the Travel Service unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL PROVIDERS

Travel Services may be supplied directly by the service provider or indirectly through another supplier or distribution partner.

For example:

  • hotel inventory may be received from a hotel, wholesaler, bed bank, channel manager, or distributor;

  • flight inventory may be received from an airline, GDS, consolidator, or ticketing supplier;

  • tours may be received from a local operator or activity aggregator;

  • car rentals may be received directly from a rental company or through a distribution partner.

The entity supplying inventory to the Platform may therefore be different from the entity physically delivering the Travel Service.

  • outstanding payments;

  • confirmed Bookings;

  • accrued obligations;

  • confidentiality duties; or

  • provisions intended to survive termination.

95. SEPARATE B2B AGREEMENTS

A B2B Partner may enter into a separate agreement with the Platform.

Such an agreement may include terms relating to:

  • pricing;

  • commissions;

  • markups;

  • credit;

  • settlement;

  • APIs;

  • white-label services;

  • service levels;

  • confidentiality;

  • distribution rights;

  • data processing;

  • support;

  • liability;

  • territory;

  • exclusivity; and

  • termination.

Where such an agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific B2B agreement will prevail regarding that B2B relationship.

96. BUSINESS-TO-CONSUMER RIGHTS

Where the Platform is used directly by an individual consumer, applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

97. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS RIGHTS

Where a user contracts in a business or professional capacity, certain consumer protections may not apply.

Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.

98. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Travelers are responsible for evaluating whether a Travel Service is suitable for them.

Travel Providers remain responsible for applicable operational health and safety requirements.

99. ACCESSIBILITY

Travelers requiring accessibility services should inform the relevant party before travel.

Accessibility requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed.

100. SUSPENSION OF PLATFORM ACCESS

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for:

  • security;

  • fraud prevention;

  • legal compliance;

  • technical protection;

  • payment default; or

  • material breach.

101. TERMINATION

We may terminate Platform access where a User materially violates these Terms.

Termination does not automatically cancel obligations relating to existing confirmed Bookings.

102. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users and B2B Partners agree to indemnify the Platform operator against third-party claims arising from:

  • unlawful Platform use;

  • fraud;

  • material breach;

  • unauthorized resale;

  • infringement of rights; or

  • misrepresentation.

103. DISCLAIMER

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation;

  • continuous inventory;

  • error-free supplier information;

  • uninterrupted supplier connectivity; or

  • that every Travel Service will meet subjective expectations.

Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.

104. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Platform operator, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

105. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Users are encouraged to contact customer support before initiating formal proceedings.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to competent courts or other legally recognized dispute-resolution mechanisms.

106. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • law;

  • regulation;

  • Platform functionality;

  • supplier relationships;

  • technology;

  • payment services; or

  • business practices.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date.

107. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

108. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

109. ASSIGNMENT

Users may not transfer their rights under these Terms without authorization where permitted by law.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of:

  • restructuring;

  • merger;

  • acquisition;

  • asset sale; or

  • corporate reorganization.

110. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with applicable:

  • Booking Confirmations;

  • Supplier Rules;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • payment terms;

  • B2B agreements;

  • API terms;

  • white-label agreements; and

  • additional conditions presented during Booking

form the applicable agreement relating to Platform use.

111. LANGUAGE

These Terms may be translated into multiple languages.

Where permitted by applicable law, the English version may be designated as the controlling version if translations differ.

112. CONTACT

Questions, complaints, cancellation requests, technical support requests, or other inquiries should be submitted through the contact channels made available on the Platform.

For Booking-related inquiries, Users should provide the relevant Booking reference.

For B2B inquiries, the applicable account, agency, partner, or Booking reference should be provided.

113. FINAL PROVISIONS

By accessing or using the Platform, making a Booking, registering a B2B account, accessing an API, using a white-label service, or otherwise using Platform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Travel Services are generally supplied by independent Vendors, Suppliers, and Partners and may be subject to separate Supplier Rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
